Our own health units are staffed with the necessary equipment and medicines are organized at the production sites. Modern ambulances are in operation, distributed equidistant from each other, which allows the healthcare specialists to provide timely and quality emergency care in the field.
Voluntary health insurance is available to all INK Group employees to receive medical care and consultations in private and public medical institutions.
Employees of the Group are partially reimbursed for health resort treatment or rehabilitation treatment by doctor’s prescription. For successful recovery after coronavirus infection with moderate and severe lung damage, as well as with extrapulmonary complications, Irkutsk Oil Company LLC provides rehabilitation programmes that are implemented over and above the plan for sanatorium and spa treatment.
The Group personnel are also insured against accidents (insurance covers the entire world and applies around the clock) and tick bites. Since 2020, all Group employees can use the Telemedicine service to see doctors online, regardless of their location.
Concern for the health of employees also includes the organization of infrastructure for sports activities. Employees who are passionate about sports organise regular classes in “health groups”. Currently Irkutsk Oil Company LLC has teams in volleyball, basketball, football, table tennis, chess, sports dancing (cheerleading), kettlebell lifting, ice hockey and running, which participate in corporate and industry tournaments. The central office in Irkutsk has opened the Oil Gym for employees and their relatives. In addition, the Group partially reimburses the cost of sports in other fitness clubs.
Creating a comfortable workspace is another important part of keeping employees physically and mentally healthy. In 2021, Irkutsk Oil Company LLC launched the Green Spaces program. It is planned to use environmentally friendly approaches to the arrangement of workplaces, as well as to reduce the consumption of resources and to gradually abandon the use of disposable plastic. The project is aimed at maintaining the well-being of employees: their physical and mental health, increasing their ability to work and motivation and creating a positive attitude.
