About the Group

Irkutsk Oil Company LLC (also INK) is one of the largest independent oil and gas producers in Russia. The company was established in 2000. Its primary beneficiaries are Nikolay Buynov, Chairman of the INK Board of Directors, and Marina Sedykh, a member of the Board of Directors. The Group conducts geological study, exploration, and development of 53 subsoil blocks in the Irkutsk Region, the Krasnoyarsk Region, and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). INK's largest investment project is a gas chemical cluster, which includes gas production, treatment, transportation and processing facilities, a helium plant, and the Irkutsk Polymer Plant. The Group employs more than 13 thousand people.

Each year, INK grows its exploration and production volumes, implements advanced technologies to enhance oil recovery, refines its HSE policy. The INK Group pays serious attention to effective management of internal corporate processes and personnel development, as well as interaction with governmental and non-governmental organizations.  

Irkutsk Oil Company, the main operating company of the INK Group, leads among small and medium-sized independent oil and gas producing companies in Russia. INK continues to strengthen its position in the country's oil and gas industry, relying on high technologies and a motivated team of professionals.
