Corporate Secretary

In order to ensure ongoing communication with the shareholders, coordinate Company’s efforts to protect rights and interests of the shareholders and maintain effective work of the Board of Directors, the Company elects the Corporate Secretary whose duties are set out in the Regulations on Corporate Secretary of JSC INK-Capital.

Evgenia Kuryleva has been the Corporate Secretary of JSC INK-Capital since 2008.

Evgenia graduated from Irkutsk State University Law School with a diploma in law in 2002. 

She has a perpetual certificate of qualification issued by Federal Commission for the Securities Market which confirms her qualification to the position of a director, auditor or expert at organizations keeping registers of registered securities holders.

In 2008 Ms. Kuryleva took advanced training at Higher School of Economics in ‘Corporate Secretary of a joint stock company’ program.

In 2012 Ms. Kuryleva took training at Higher School of Economics in ‘Investor Relations manager’ program.

Evgenia Kuryleva started her career in 2002 as a Legal Counsel at FGUP Irkutsk Airport and then worked at JSC IrkutskAutoVaz. In 2004 she joined Irkutsk Oil Company LLC as a Senior Legal Counsel of Legal Department and in 2006 she was appointed the Head of Corporate Governance Department of Irkutsk Oil Company LLC.

Since 2021 Ms. Kuryleva is also the Deputy General Director of JSC INK-Capital.
