INK takes part in rating of best employers by HeadHunter
Authorized users of the website www.hh.ru may vote for the rated companies (except for the company they are employed with). Up to three desirable employers may be voted for in each of the 40 industries presented. INK can be voted for in the section “Energy and Raw Materials Production” here until October 31.
INK has already completed two initial stages of the rating – the eNPS questionnaire, reflecting an unbiased opinion of actual employees of the company, the loyalty index, and readiness to recommend the company as the employer of choice to potential candidates. The other stage is a questionnaire for the HR specialists to assess the efficiency of the HR team and processes as well as the level of the company development, and a benchmarking of the company against its competitors in the industry.
“In 2023, our company took part in the rating for the first time and immediately showed impressive results – we were among the top 5 employers in the fuel and energy sector and the top 100 largest companies in Russia with a headcount of above 5,000. In this category, INK was the only company representing the Irkutsk Region. It is very important to us to understand where we are in the labor market, what image we have as an employer. Participation in ratings is one of the tools of employer brand development and promotion, and we are ready to continue to seek validation of the quality of our HR policy,” said Viktoria Ilyukhina, deputy general director for HR.
In 2022, 1,082 companies made it to the finals, and 1,497 – in 2023. The companies that have successfully passed all the selection stages will be shortlisted as finalists, with results to be published in February 2025. Employers appearing in the resulting rating will get a strong point for candidates and employees proving their standing in the labor market. This will help decide what company to work with and bolster the loyalty to the current employer.
