INK specialists – among the best at national professional excellence contest

Specialists of Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) were recognized among the best at the All-Russian Professional Excellence Contest “The Best Professional” in the category Best Electrician for Relay Protection and Automation.

There were 42 contenders representing 20 regions of the country. The participants were required to show their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the areas of relay protection and automation, labor and fire safety, as well as first aid. INK was represented at the contest by specialists in relay protection and automatic equipment repair and in electric installations repair and maintenance.

INK representatives won the stage of the contest focusing on the knowledge of technical regulations and guidelines for operation, labor and fire safety as well as other professional standards using special software. They were also the best at the stage dedicated to electromechanical relay inspection and adjustment.

INK holds an in-house contest “The Best Professional” starting from 2011 to identify employees with a high a high professional and personal potential. This contest is for professionals in various disciplines from the entire INK Group. This year, the final of the contest was held in Irkutsk in a novel format of a city jobs festival. Winners were determined in 49 categories, with 199 awardees in total.

Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) is an independent producer of raw hydrocarbons based in Eastern Siberia.
