Despite the fact that shares of JSC INK-Capital (hereinafter also referred to as the Company) are not in circulation on the established securities market, in December 2021 the Company carried out a public offering of its bonds. With this in mind, the Company has developed documents aimed at preventing the unlawful use of insider information and market manipulation.

This section contains:

• list of insider information of JSC INK-Capital;

• information for persons included in the list of insiders (insider list) of JSC INK-Capital for them to be able to fulfill their obligations stipulated by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and internal documents of JSC INK-Capital related to preventing the unlawful use of insider information and market manipulation;

• information on the legal consequences of an insider's unlawful use of insider information of JSC INK-Capital and (or) market manipulation.
