The sixth International Baikal Risk Forum (IBRF) will be held on September 12-16 in Irkutsk. JSC INK-Capital is the host of the forum, and LLC Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) is the general partner. The forum will also be supported by the governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzev and the regional administration.
