INK-Capital: “PRO North Youth” grant contest now open
Applicants are required to prepare a project aimed at developing and promoting the image of the northern territories (Ust-Kutsky, Kirensky, Katangsky, Nizhneilimsky districts, Ust-Kut, and Irkutsk) covering a number of aspects: new sites for recreation activities, urban improvement, healthcare, education, promotion of industrial tourism, etc. The author of the best project will receive a grant of 300 thousand RUB.
Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18-35 are eligible to apply individually or as a team. The jury includes INK top management and opinion leaders (experts in the issues related to the northern territories and subregional planning and development).
Participants are welcome to email the following to prosever@irkutskoil.ru until August 25, 2023 (inclusive):
1) a filled participant application;
2) participants’ consent for personal data processing;
3) the project that meets the requirements of the contest regulations;
4) optional: a support letter by the administration of the territory where the project would be implemented / by potential partners of the project who are willing to co-finance the implementation.
Winners will be announced before October 6 at the VII International Baikal Risk Forum (BRIF).
