In 2013, the Integrated Management System was implemented, encompassing, at that time, the environmental management system (ISO 14001) and the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001), and is now improved on a continuous basis. Since then, the INK Group companies undergo yearly independent audits of the IMS by the certification authority. The yearly validation of the international certification status provides assurance of the Group’s progress in the right direction and management of its processes in alignment with the latest global standards.
The INK Group has been scaling up the Integrated Management System since 2021. The process is based on the quality management system (ISO 9001), setting out business processes and ensuring efficient management based on the PDCA cycle — ‘Plan-Do-Check-Act.’ The Integrated Management System of the Companies aligns with the international standards applicable to the INK Group’s business that set out the requirements and provide guidance on building high-performance management systems in different areas:
The above makes it possible to systemize and efficiently implement the sustainability principles using the risk-based approach. The Integrated Management System now plays a pivotal role in projects related to sustainable development.
In 2023, a dedicated IMS methodology center was formed in JSC INK-Capital — the IMS development center. With the single guidance center in place, the subsidiaries do not have to ‘reinvent the wheel’ and can implement the approved standards with minimum time and finance expenditures while also reducing paperwork.
