The Foundation’s programs are developed in conjunction with district administrations, community organizations, and who are in need of assistance.

3,000 people have already received the necessary medical care. Among them are veterans of the Great Patriotic War, home front workers, veterans of the Baikal-Amur Mainline, and children of war. They underwent rehabilitation treatment at the Angara resort in Irkutsk, as well as at the Eiseira and Ust-Kut sanatoriums.
A traditional initiative aimed at helping children prepare for the new school year. School backpacks with a full set of stationery are given to children from large and low-income families in the Ust-Kutsky and Nizhneilimsky districts.

Volunteers from IOC and the Foundation hand out food packages, flowers, and cards. A festive concert and field kitchen are being organized for the residents of the gerontological center in Markovo.

Various competitions and events that encourage responsible attitudes towards the environment. To preserve the nature of our region, over the past four years we have collected:
Over 2,000 kg of plastic for subsequent recycling;
18,000 kg of waste paper and cardboard, which were sent for recycling to Novosibirsk and Bratsk.
