Closed Joint Stock Company “INK-Capital” announced the changes in the Shareholders

INK-Capital is pleased to announce changes in the shareholders' structure. As a result of the transaction between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Goldman Sachs International (GSI), the EBRD’s stake has decreased to 4.4% and GSI has become a shareholder with a stake equal to 3.75% of INK-Capital’s charter capital.

INK-Capital is pleased to announce changes in the shareholders’ structure.

 

As a result of the transaction between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Goldman Sachs International (GSI), the EBRD’s stake has decreased to 4.4% and GSI has become a shareholder with a stake equal to 3.75% of INK-Capital’s charter capital (see full updated shareholders’ structure chart Here).

In connection with this transaction, management of Irkutsk Oil Group would like to extend its appreciation to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for its long-term and fruitful cooperation and expresses hopes for continuation of this mutually beneficial relationship in the future.

Irkutsk Oil welcomes Goldman Sachs International, which is a part of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., among the shareholders of CJSC “INK-Capital”, and we hope that the changes of the shareholders’ structure will help to further support development of Irkutsk Oil Group.

Closed Joint Stock Company “INK-Capital”

CJSC "INK-Capital" is the holding company of the Group. It was established on 17 March 2008.

Currently Irkutsk Oil Group holds 19 licenses for geological survey, exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

In 2008 the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) purchased the minority stake (8.15%) in CJSC “INK-Capital”.
