Participants of business administration program of Moscow State University had internship in INK
Future masters of business administration were taught about sustainable development, business continuity, and risk-based approaches used in the company. In addition, the trainees attended the corporate museum of INK to learn about its history and projects.
“When we were developing the program of the internship, we focused on the best practices application and real cases. And we made the right choice, having selected INK as a partner. Although there are not many experts in business continuity management and ESG in Russia, the host company organized lectures at a high level and shared the details of its strategy in these fields. It was very enriching to learn about INK’s experience and tools that help streamline work processes. We will be delighted to continue our partnership and visit INK’s production sites one day,” said Dina Kurkova, manager of МВА programs of the economic faculty of Moscow State University.
INK pays close attention to building partnerships with universities. Students are welcome to enroll in corporate groups offering supplementary vocational training and apply for paid internship and apprenticeship to obtain valuable professional experience without interrupting studies. Adaptation courses and mentorship are available for young new-coming employees. Details on career opportunities for the youth are available here.
