INK Group is certified in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

On November 13^th 2013, Irkutsk Oil Company and all companies which are part of the INK Group received an integrated management certification under two international standards:

- ISO 14001: 2004 + Cor 1: 2009 (Environmental Management System);

- BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).

IQNet and DQS Holding GmbH, the world leaders in industrial certification, attested this certification.

Specialists from DQS Holding GmbH made a multifaceted audit in compliance with requirements of the international standards related to areas of environmental protection (ISO 14001) and health and industrial safety (OHSAS 18001). Auditors thoroughly checked the production processes, practices, procedures in place, and strategy and development plans of the Group before awarding the certificates.

International certification would not be possible without continuing support of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, a shareholder in the holding company, and strong commitment from the management. The Group’s CEO, Mrs. Marina Sedykh, personally supervised all steps to implement the integrated management systems.

The Group continues to make significant efforts to promote and implement the integrated management systems in the production process and to make them an integral part of the corporate culture.

Integrated Management certifications demonstrated and validated the great progress the Group has made in application of the highest standards in environmental, health, and industrial safety areas.
