Irkutsk Oil Company’s headquarter has moved into new location
Irkutsk Oil Company’s headquarter has been relocated into a new office under the address of Bolshoy Liteyniy prospect, 4, situated in the Irkutsk business center, known as ‘Irkutsk-City’. In a mere two weeks, over 250 tons of office equipment, furniture, documents, and personal belongings have been moved into the new properties. Moreover, the transportation and collection of furniture was tasked to three respectable contractors who completed their job efficiently. It is fair to note that a fair percentage of the furnishings was taken and split, a portion sent to the Ust’-Kut branch and a portion given to charity (orphanages, poor families, etc.).
The new building, the official property of the company, now houses all INK management as well as most subsidiaries and units. To put in perspective, in just two floors the edifice manages to encompass over 500 workers, coming from all over group, including INK itself, INK-Service, INK-Sever, INK-NefteGasGeologia, Tikhooceansky Terminal, and INK-Zapad.
The new construction, totaling in 11,500 sq. meters, holds not only work offices, but also a symposium, several conference rooms, a classroom, a museum dedicated to heritage of the company, three cafes, a fitness club, and a medical accommodation.
A few things have yet to be constructed, such as a restoration of park square and a Second World War memorial. This project has cost INK about 25 million rubles.
