Sergey Donskoy, a member of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company ‘INK-Capital’ (the holding structure of Irkutsk Oil Company), has been elected Chairman of Board of Assoneft. The 24th annual general meeting of the authorized representatives of the companies of the Association of Independent Oil and Gas Production Organizations, “Assoneft,” was held on-line on December 8, 2021.
Irkutsk Oil Company was ranked ninth in the Eurasian Environmental Transparency Rating of Oil and Gas Companies in 2021 drawn up by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Creon Group and ACRA. Compared to the 2020 rating, the Group has moved up two positions.

The project on risk analysis of large-scale cargo delivery for the Irkutsk Polymer Plant won a gold award at the international contest at Facilitation Impact Awards 2021. More than 20 organizations contested for the award this year.

Irkutsk Oil Company and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on cooperation on sustainable development
INK-Capital (the holding structure of the Irkutsk Oil Company) and the federal state budgetary organization Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation concluded an agreement on cooperation in the field of sustainable development and ESG practices. The contract was concluded within the framework of the 5th Baikal Risk Forum, which took place in Irkutsk from September 22 to 24.
A delegation of the government of the Irkutsk Region, headed by the Governor, Mr. Igor Kobzev, visited the construction site of the Irkutsk Polymer Plant in Ust-Kut. The group included Mr. Yakov Ginzburg, General Director of Irkutsk Oil Company, Russian Senator Mr. Andrey Chernyshev, State Duma deputy Mr. Alexander Yakubovsky, and representatives of regional authorities.
In August, INK Group successfully passed another audit of its integrated management systems (IMS). INK subsidiaries, including INK-SERVICE, ToT, and INK-Zapad, were also audited.

The Irkutsk Oil Company, Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC), Toyo Engineering Corporation (Japan), and the ITOCHU Corporation (Japan) will co-operate on the second stage of the feasibility study, aimed at securing the production of ‘blue’ ammonia in Eastern Siberia and its supply to Japan. The first stage of the feasibility study was completed last year.
The Executive Board was established since July 01, 2021. The General Shareholders’ Meeting of INK took the decision about establishing the executive body.
Yakov Ginzburg has been appointed as CEO of the Irkutsk Oil Company, a promotion from his previous position as Deputy CEO for Economics and Finance. The decision to appoint Mr. Ginzburg was taken at the Irkutsk Oil Company’s General Meeting.
OOO “Irkutsk Oil Company” has unveiled the first solar-powered well. A linear telemechanics system, powered by renewable energy sources — solar batteries — was installed at one of the cluster pads of the Yaraktinskoe oil and gas condensate field. There are ten units.
