JSC INK-Capital (the holding company of INK) placed its adaptation bonds on the Moscow Stock Exchange on December 17, 2021. The INK-Capital’s adaptation bonds are the first in the Russian stock market history. The issuance is regulated by the Resolution of the Government of the RF #1578 dated September 21, 2021. The funds raised will be used to partially reimburse the costs of the associated gas re-injection (the cycling process) project, which has been underway since 2010. The implementation of this project has resulted in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Irkutsk Oil Company and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on cooperation on sustainable development
INK-Capital (the holding structure of the Irkutsk Oil Company) and the federal state budgetary organization Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation concluded an agreement on cooperation in the field of sustainable development and ESG practices. The contract was concluded within the framework of the 5th Baikal Risk Forum, which took place in Irkutsk from September 22 to 24.
A delegation of the government of the Irkutsk Region, headed by the Governor, Mr. Igor Kobzev, visited the construction site of the Irkutsk Polymer Plant in Ust-Kut. The group included Mr. Yakov Ginzburg, General Director of Irkutsk Oil Company, Russian Senator Mr. Andrey Chernyshev, State Duma deputy Mr. Alexander Yakubovsky, and representatives of regional authorities.
In August, INK Group successfully passed another audit of its integrated management systems (IMS). INK subsidiaries, including INK-SERVICE, ToT, and INK-Zapad, were also audited.

In Ust-Kut, as of July 23, 2021, patients will be accepted in a new medical building, largely financed by the Irkutsk Oil Company. The decision to open the facility was made by the operational headquarters of the Ust-Kut Municipal Administration.

The Irkutsk Oil Company, Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC), Toyo Engineering Corporation (Japan), and the ITOCHU Corporation (Japan) will co-operate on the second stage of the feasibility study, aimed at securing the production of ‘blue’ ammonia in Eastern Siberia and its supply to Japan. The first stage of the feasibility study was completed last year.
