— Today, Irkutsk Oil Company cooperates with 1,059 small and medium-sized businesses. The majority are from the construction and transportation logistics industries. We are now implementing a project to build Irkutsk Polymer Plant in Ust-Kut. Small and medium-sized businesses are involved in the process of creating the value chain, said Yakov Ginzburg.

He also reminded that the company attaches great importance to the development of human potential. The Company implements projects aimed at personnel training. In particular, these include INK Classes in Ust-Kut, the educational project INK Academy, targeted training and corporate groups with the possibility of obtaining an additional qualification and subsequent employment, industrial practice and office internships, and the University-Company program.

As part of the forum, INK also organized a contact exchange, where it presented the investment potential of the Ust-Kut district and business opportunities in the areas of the Company’s operation.
