Ust-Kut Gas Processing Plant (part of the IOC Group) became the first Russian industrial enterprise to receive certification for its core activities under ISO 22301, the international standard for business continuity management (BCM).

The team from the risk management and business continuity center at JSC INK-Capital and recognized experts from the consulting companies Strategy Partners and Business Consulting Group LLC were involved in organizing the BCM implementation project. The certification audit was conducted by SSU DEKUES LLC.

The key task was to systematically integrate the BCM into the integrated management system of Ust-Kut Gas Processing Plant. This was to create a unified management mechanism linking all tools to increase the company's adaptability to new conditions and achieve strategic goals.

As part of the project, measures were taken to comply with the ISO 22301 standard: employee training was conducted, an in-depth analysis of business processes was performed, continuity and recovery plans were developed, and regular training sessions were organized. These actions are aimed at strengthening business resilience.
