The Youth Council of Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) was recognized as one of the best according to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) for 2024.

The awarding took place at the final meeting of leaders of youth councils of companies. The event is focused on increasing the efficiency of joint work of leading Russian companies with young people, as well as strengthening partnership relations.

The key criteria for evaluation were the work of the council in various areas, the number of participants in events, the existence of a development strategy, and support from the company's management. Active social networking was also taken into account.

INK Youth Council in 2024 organized or co-organized more than 20 events in the Irkutsk Region, including such events as Youth Day in Irkutsk and Ust-Kut, INK Youth Festival, BRIF Youth Day and others. The “Big-Little Lena” and “Youth PRO North” contests were also held.

The INK Youth Council was established in 2016 and currently has 30 employees of the company. The organization's activities are aimed at uniting, identifying and effectively using the potential of young professionals.

Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) is one of Russia's independent hydrocarbon producers.
