Irkutsk Oil Company (INK) will take part in RUPLASTICA-25, the leading exhibition of plastics and rubbers, to be held in Moscow on January 21-24, 2025. INK's booth will include business and career zones.

In the business zone, Irkutsk Oil Company specialists will present to potential customers linear low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene to be produced at the Irkutsk Polymer Plant. Visitors will receive detailed information about the products and their applications.

The career zone will focus on educational programs and disciplines in Irkutsk Oil Company. Participants will be able to familiarize themselves with current vacancies, leave their CVs and receive consultations from specialists. The program also includes interactive events: a digital quiz “Polymer Era” with a prize drawing and a business game “Oil Company Board of Directors”.

In addition, INK will be a partner of the III Hackathon in the discipline of “Chemistry and Physics of Polymers”, which will be held within the framework of the exhibition. The hackathon panel will include the Deputy Director of Production of Irkutsk Polymer Plant. The company's employees will also conduct a master class “The Art of Packaging and Selling Projects” and select the winner of the Irkutsk Oil Company special category, who will receive an internship with the company. Last year's winner was a team from Kazan National Research Technological University; the students visited Irkutsk Polymer Plant, completed an internship and received job offers.
