Irkutsk Oil Company was awarded a diploma and medal for its achievements in promoting blood and bone marrow donation as part of the All-Russian campaign "Donor Code. Defenders of the Fatherland."

The award ceremony for participants in the "Blood Donors – Heirs of Victory" relay race took place at a conference dedicated to the results of the All-Russian campaign. The ceremony was held in Moscow on the eve of World Donor Day.

The All-Russian campaign was launched in February 2025 by the National Health Development Fund in conjunction with the Coordinating Council for Blood and Bone Marrow Donation under the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, and the All-Russian public organization Russian Red Cross. The campaign aims to encourage Russians to donate blood and bone marrow and to preserve the historical memory of the heroic deeds of those who participated in the donor movement during the war years.

IOC is one of the leaders in corporate donation in the Irkutsk Region. The company is actively developing a corporate blood and bone marrow donation program as part of its "Healthy Company" strategy. Over the past three years, IOC has held eight blood donation campaigns, resulting in more than 548 donations.

About 174 employees have joined the federal bone marrow donor registry, and four of them have already helped save lives. In 2024, IOC organized a meeting between employee Ilya Kovalev, who became a bone marrow donor, and recipient Evgeny Chernichkin. Later, the company initiated and financed the creation of a film about donation.

In 2024, JSC INK-Capital signed a tripartite agreement with the Kirov Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion of the FMBA and the Irkutsk Regional Blood Transfusion Station for the further development of bone marrow donation in the region.
