Irkutsk Oil Company (IOC) has summarized the interim results of its inclusive support program for children with disabilities in Ust-Kut. At a meeting with parents, the results of the work carried out since 2024 were discussed.

The program aims to create an accessible environment, promote socialization and develop the creative potential of children with disabilities, as well as support their families. Parents can receive in-person and online consultations from psychologists and educators on issues related to child development, creating a supportive family environment, and effective motivation.

Since the program began, psychologist and speech therapist Ekaterina Eliseeva has held roundtable discussions on the socialization of children with special needs and the formation of an inclusive society, 34 individual consultations, and four webinars for families. Together with Marina Sedykh Charity Fund, IOC organizes annual New Year's celebrations and safety lessons for children. The company also supported creative master classes for more than 100 children and a visiting reception by Irkutsk audiologists and speech therapists in Ust-Kut.

Parents shared their positive experiences related to the improvement in their children's condition. Among the proposals is the purchase of a specialized lift for the swimming pool for children and people with disabilities, as well as the elderly.

IOC will continue to develop its inclusive support program in the Ust-Kut district in cooperation with Marina Sedykh Charity Fund, which has helped more than 10,000 people over the course of its 10 years of operation.
