The event took place in Irkutsk on May 18-19. Twelve teams from Irkutsk Region and the Buryatia Republic participated in the tournament. The event was organized by Irkutsk Regional Basketball Federation with the support of the Interregional Amateur Basketball League (ILBL).

In the finals, the INK-1 team played in the Masters division against VCNG, outscoring their opponents 79:69. The INK-2 team became the regional champions in the Promo division against Angarsk Lokomotiv. INK-1 will represent the Irkutsk Region at the championship of the Siberian Federal District on June 18 in Kemerovo.

Irkutsk Oil Company actively participates in the development of basketball and other sports in the region. INK pays special attention to the development of sports among its employees as well. The company has created teams for 13 sports, and holds spartakiades and corporate competitions.
