INK was placed 64th in the Top 100 best employers in Russia among the largest companies with more than 5,000 employees. In this category, INK was the only company in the Irkutsk Region.

The hh.ru survey was conducted by polls and tests among HR-specialists, employees and job seekers. The rating was compiled according to several metrics: the level of development of HR-function in the company, external recognizability and attractiveness for job seekers, as well as the willingness of employees to recommend it to others. Through surveys hh.ru determined the level of technical development and social orientation of the company, its ability to respond quickly to the demands of the time and new challenges.
