Irkutsk Oil Company's (INK) charity programs were included in Group A of the Leaders of Corporate Philanthropy-2024 ranking.

INK moved up three points from last year and into the Best Practices group. The company participates in the ranking for the second time. It was compiled based on the results of research within the framework of the annual All-Russian competition for socially responsible business “Leaders of Corporate Philanthropy”. The organizer is the Donors Forum, an association of grant-issuing organizations.

The assessment took into account the amount of funding for charitable and social programs, their effectiveness, feedback from beneficiaries, interaction with indigenous minorities, and cooperation with state and local authorities.

According to the results of expert evaluation, the companies were distributed in the ranking in six categories: “Leaders”, ‘Best Practice’, ‘Advanced Practice’, ‘Good Practice’, ‘Developing Practice’ and ‘Emerging Practice’. A total of 48 companies were included in the ranking.

Together with the Marina Sedykh Charity Fund, the Company implements social and charitable programs aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and economic development of the territories where it operates. The activities are financed under agreements on social and economic cooperation with local and regional authorities and from the Company's and the Fund's own programs. Over the last five years, INK's social investments amounted to 1.5 billion rubles.

Among the key programs of the Fund are “Health to Children”, “Children's Day”, “Schoolbag”, “Happy New Year!”, “Victory Day”, “Health to Children!”. Over the entire period of its operation, the Fund has allocated over 200 million rubles to help the region's residents.
