Expert RA rating agency confirmed the ESG rating of JSC INK-Capital at the level of ESG-III(a) and assigned the rating at the level of ESG-BBB according to the scale of the Bank of Russia, which means a high level of implementation and planning of practices in the field of sustainable development.

According to the agency's data, experts confirmed a high level of implementation and planning of practices in the field of sustainable development, which include environmental, social and corporate governance. The rating outlook is stable.

The Agency notes moderate impact of the company's activities on the environment. The Group implements measures aimed at reducing its environmental impact, including through the introduction of the best available technologies. The Climate Strategy, of which the Decarbonization Strategy is an integral part, has been approved. Biodiversity conservation programs are being implemented.

Also, according to the agency, the company has comfortable working conditions, low staff turnover, and an effective risk management system. In particular, an integrated risk management system has been implemented, and the Center for Risk and Business Continuity Management is functioning.

As a reminder, in December 2024, China Chengxin Green Finance Technology (Beijing) Ltd. (CCXGF) rating agency assigned ESG rating of INK-Capital JSC at BBB+. This is the first ESG rating from a Chinese agency in the history of the Russian market.
