Irkutsk Oil Establishes Its Own Construction Subsidiary

INK-StroyNefteGaz, LLC, the Irkutsk Oil’s subsidiary will focus on construction of sites, pipelines, well pads facilities, and various engineering infrastructure. The company was registered on 22 February 2018.

The new Group’s subsidiary would continue developing production facilities. Immediate plans would call for completion of oil treatment facility and compressor station at Ichyodinsky field, construction of about 500 kilometers of internal pipelines, oil treatment facility at Bolshetirsky field, Ust-Kut gas fractionating plant, and gas processing plant at Markovsky field.

Mr. Sergey Sazanov, the seasoned construction engineer would lead INK-StroyNefteGaz. Mr. Sazanov has been working in the Group since November 2009. The personnel of new entity would have a headcount of 600 workers. Some 350 employees of the INK construction unit have been transferred and over 200 employees would join from one of the vendors. Currently, INK-StroyNefteGaz is acquiring new equipment such as unique automatic welding facility, specially manufactured at the Russian plant. Furthermore, INK-StroyNefteGaz is going to put into operation robot welding complex and modern concrete manufacturing facility.
